Jennifer Coffey
FOUNDER AND OWNER
Jen earned a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and taught 8th grade for 4 years before she started her Mary Kay business. She was a Mary Kay Sr. Sales Director for 4 years. After stepping down for health reasons, (which resolved) she founded Director Double in 2008, which has been in business for 14 years! She uses all of the knowledge that came from running a successful Mary Kay business to help elite women in Mary Kay. Along with coordinating the Director Double Team of designers, Jen creates newsletters and postcards. She has been married to her wonderful husband for 26 years and has two children, Andrew, age 20 and Alexis age 17. When she’s not being a “Director Double”, she loves to spend time with her family, play tennis, travel, read and scrapbook.
Tracy Hoyt
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Tracy Hoyt, a former corporate software sales guru works with us as a newsletter and e-mail designer. When she isn’t helping me with Director Double, she is also an artist, Jiu-jitsu student, hiking enthusiast and an incredible snow skier. She is also my fabulous sister!
Jill Lueck
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Jill Lueck is an Arizona native. She was born and raised in Tucson, AZ and has a bachelors degree from BYU. She worked in Luxury Hotel Management for 11 years. And now she is married to her wonderful husband of 17 years and she has three children, a boy who is 15, a girl who is 12 and boy who is 9. She loves to read, garden, travel and do fun activities with her kids.
Randi Dierlam
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Randi has a degree in English Literature from Brigham Young University-Idaho and worked in retail management until she had babies. She has been married to her Alaskan man for 13 years and has a daughter who is 11 and a son who is 8. When she’s not wrangling them, she likes reading, baking, and swimming.
TaNiesha Gowan
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
TaNiesha Gowan was born and raised in Utah. She moved to Arizona a year and half ago so her husband could attend law school at Arizona State University. She loves to be with family, be outdoors, and do activities that keep her moving! She attended Salt Lake Community College and graduated with an associates in Criminal Justice. Afterwards, she went through the Utah police academy and became as a police officer for Sandy City. She now has a 3 year old daughter, a 1 year old daughter and another baby girl!
Tracee Winters
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Tracee Winters is an Arizona native and will never leave the warm sunshine. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from ASU in History and currently works as a chef, housekeeper and Uber driver for her 4 sons. She enjoys reading, massages, baking anything sweet and BBQs in the summer with lots of friends and family in the pool.
Shaylen Nansel
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Shaylen Nansel is from Tempe Arizona, and currently lives in Queen Creek Arizona. She graduated from ASU (Go Devils!) with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. She did corporate fitness and wellness for many years at Honeywell, Wells Fargo and Verizon. She currently teaches group exercise classes at Mountainside Fitness. She loves to do anything active and outdoors with her family including hiking, running, paddle boarding, going to the beach and camping. She and her husband have been married almost 15 years and have three fun and full of energy kids. She has two daughters 9 and 7, and she spends a lot of her time chasing her very active 2 year old son around.
Karen Gilbert
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Karen Gilbert has been a Newsletter Designer for over nine years and loves it! She is also an aide in a special education class and finds it very challenging and rewarding. She enjoys travelling with her husband and two children and has been all over the US, North America and Europe. In her free time she enjoys exercising, cooking, crafting, and watching tv.
Shari Lyons
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Shari Lyons joined Director Double in August 2021. Shari has previously worked as a dental assistant and an administrator at an investment firm. She continues to volunteer at her church. Shari has lived all over the country and currently resides in Utah. Her interests include being outdoors, traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

I love being a newsletter designer as it allows me to be creative! I am a wife and mom of a 2 year old boy with another boy on the way. I love to watch basketball, workout and get together with friends. I’m a sucker for anything that has peanut butter and chocolate!
Andrew Coffey
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Andrew Coffey is a junior at Arizona State University majoring in Finance and minoring in Sales and Marketing. He is enrolled at the W.P. Carey School of Business and the Barrett Honors College. He enjoys being a newsletter designer because he likes helping contribute to the growth of others’ businesses. He also likes being able to work while he is attending school. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and travelling. He has already visited more than 20 countries and hopes to visit many more in the future.
Alexis Coffey
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
Alexis Coffey is a freshman at the University of Arizona majoring in Engineering. She is part of the W.A. Franke Honors Program. She loves being a newsletter designer because she can use her creativity and artistic skills while earning money at the same time. In her free time, when she’s not studying math or science, she enjoys playing the guitar and bass, going to the gym and crocheting.
